1 characteristic:

There are two kinds of PTFE sheets: molded and turned. The molded sheet is made of PTFE resin at room temperature compression molding, followed by sintering and cooling. The turning sheet is made of PTFE resin by powder pressing, sintering and turning. It has the characteristics high temperature resistance up to 250 ºC, low temperature resistance of -196 ºC, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, high lubricity, and non-hesion!

Except for molten alkali metals, PTFE is hardly corroded by any chemical reagents. For example, when boiled in concentrated sulfuric acid nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and even aqua regia, its weight and properties do not change, and it is also insoluble in all solvents.

PTFE sheets are widely used as high and low temperature resistant, corrosion resistant materials, insulating materials, non-stick coatings, etc. in industries such as atomic energy, aeros, electronics, electrical, chemical, mechanical, instrument, meter, building, textile, food, etc.
